Senator Boso moved to amend the bill on page one hundred eighty-eight, after item 379, by inserting the following:

“380 West Virginia Development Office –

 (WV Code Chapter 5B)

Fund 0256 FY 2020 Org 0307

Directed Transfer - Surplus........................................................        XXXXX         $              15,000,000

      The above appropriation for Directed Transfer - Surplus (fund 0256, appropriation XXXXX) shall be transferred to the West Virginia Infrastructure Council -Transfer Fund (fund 3390)

            And,

            By renumbering the remaining items.
